Chobham and West End Surgery

Welcome to the Chobham and West End doctors surgeries. Our practice consists of six general practitioners and a supporting primary health care team working from two surgeries. The main surgery is in Windsor Road Chobham and the branch surgery is in Lucas Green Road West End. The doctors work from both surgeries dividing their time according to patient needs.

Our practice area covers Chobham, West End, Bisley and part of Longcross. The practice operates a personal list system, which means you will nearly always see your own doctor, except for holidays or emergencies. Most patients prefer this continuity of personal care and value the closer relationship with their doctor. However, sometimes a patient may wish to change to a different partner, if so they should seek advice from the receptionist or practice manager.
